Pizza fusilli bake


This is such a fun and yummy way to cook our pizza fusiili...making pizza-style pasta.


Blend 1 lb of San Marzano peeled tomatoes with 5 leaves of basil, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Dice1/2 lb of fresh regular/smoked mozzarella up and put in a colander to drain the excess of water.

Cook the fusilli very al dente (about 5 minutes). Mix pasta with sauce and lay on a capable casserole dish.

Add diced mozzarella and 8 slices of pepperoni and bake at 380F for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
