Chef Daniele Panella was born and raised in Florence, Italy. Since moving to Austin, he has started his personal chef business, also becoming a cooking instructor for  Faraday's Kitchen Store and Freda's Kitchen.

Chef Daniele has featured on Fox 7 Good Day and Usa Network TV Show Miz and Mrs.

As the Gourmet Texas Pasta curator, Chef Daniele creates authentic Italian and fusion recipes that will bring joy to your table.
