Pasta with Rosemary Butter: Heat a big skillet. Add 1 teaspoon of butter. Quickly sauté about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, you could add a little white wine also. Add the remainder of one stick of butter, slowly melt over medium heat until melted and bubbly.  Finish with 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary.  Add one package cooked Red Pepper Linguine, add a little of the cooking water and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Dejavue Pasta: Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 6 minutes, drain and reserve one cup of cooking liquid.  Shred leftover barbequed pork or beef brisket.  Mix pasta with 3 tablespoons olive oil and the reserved liquid.  Add the shredded meat, garnish with sliced scallions, and serve.

Fried Pasta with Sausage:  In a big skillet, heat well 1/2 cup olive oil.  Take a package of Longhorn Sweet Red Pepper Linguine and break into thirds.  Toss into the hot oil and stir.  Cook the pasta until it begins to turn medium brown color.  Do not skip this part, toasting the pasta brings an incredible nutty toasty flavor to the end product that will astonish you with the depth of flavor it adds.  Remove from heat and add a cup of white wine (optional) and 2 or 3 cups water, or stock.  Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer and cook until all the water is absorbed, about 7 to 8 minutes.  Add some grilled Italian Sausages and some grilled onions and peppers if you have them.  Toss with some grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese and serve.
