The Myth of Whole Wheat

Explore the Pasta-Bilities

We believe that when you serve pasta, it should be flavorful, wholesome, all natural and - - - 

it should be the STAR of your meal.

All of Gourmet Texas Pastas are made with 

 * Real vegetables and herbs, we never use processed or TASTELESS POWDERED Veggies 

 *  a few spices, a bit of olive oil, a whole lot of love and care and 

 * then blended with 100% Stone Ground Durum Wheat

Try one of my twenty-one varieties of WHOLE WHEAT pastas and you will be amazed!  The flavor is in the pasta, you don't need a heavy sauce to cover it up.  Cook the pasta in boiling water, (salted or not) cook for 6 minutes, drain and then toss with olive oil or butter, add some grated cheese like parmesan, and you have a fabulous side dish.  Add some roasted veggies, some grilled chicken or shrimp, and you have a gourmet meal!

  1. Fresh Pasta, varieties vary depending on which pastas we are making that week, minimum 12 ounce packs (up to a pound) $6.00

  2. Ravioli - 5 varieties, frozen and unbelievable  Ravioli like you won't find ANYWHERE!

    • Red pepper pasta stuffed with Scallops, bacon and chives

    • Red pepper pasta stuffed with BBQ chicken and Cheddar cheese - we use Van Roehling Jalapeno Plum BBQ Sauce

    • Wild Mushroom Pasta stuffed with sauted Portabello Mushrooms and Goat Cheese

    • Chocolate pasta stuffed with chocolate genache, pecans and dates

    • Chili Cilantro Pasta stuffed with pork carnitas cooked in dark beer and cheddar cheese

    • We are working on some other cool ideas, stay in touch for updates on what comes out of our kitchens

  3. Lasagna noodles now available

    • Spinach Basil Garlic

  5. We do Custom Pasta work.  Sheets of pasta, pasta any length up to 60 inches, special flavors, ANYTHING!  Ask, and we can do it for you!!!!!!
