2. Tomato Basil Garlic    The basis of all Italian cooking, this mix of tomato, basil and garlic is truly a wonderful pasta all on its own.  Toss with good olive oil and add some peppers and sausage or meatballs and it is a complete meal.  Choose Linguine or Fetucinne

3. Italian Herb  A fantastic mix of parsley, basil, oregano, and thyme.  A great flavor, a great pasta!

4. Spicy Cajun    A very special mix of Cajun Spices, thyme, basil, cayenne, garlic and black pepper.  Plus a few other tasty herbs.  Great for anyone who loves a bit of heat with great flavor.   Make something unique, or something special

5. Smokey and Spicy Chipotle    Who doesn't have a love for the smoke Jalapeno?  Really, there may be some out there, but then this pasta is not for them.  Everyone else will love it.  This is my newest creation and the response has been FANTASTIC!  Smokey, it goes great with anything barbequed, or even top with bacon.   Great for anyone who loves a bit of heat with great flavor.  Actually, HUGE SPECTACULAR FLAVOR!!!!!!  recipes soon, been busy.

6. Roasted Garlic and Jalapeno   A very special mix Oven Roasted Garlic and Jalapenos.  This is a delightful pasta, rich mellow roasted garlic flavor with just a hint of heat, the Jalapenos are oven roasted as well and that mellows them out quite a bit.  The concept of this pasta came from my first Scovie award that I received for my wonderful Flaming Green Garlic Passion Salsa I developed when I owned my previous Southwestern food business.  Just like that salsa, this pasta is one you will remember and love.  Try it with grilled Chicken, lots of grilled jalapenos and plenty of cheese.

7. Wild Mushroom   An Earthy mix of mushrooms, this is an excellent pasta for mixing with meat or more mushrooms!

8. Szechuan Orange Spice  My most unique pasta, a rich mix of ginger, cayenne and orange.  Great with seafood or chicken

9. Roasted Red Pepper    Sweet red bell peppers are fire roasted then mixed with spices to enhance their flavor.  Available as linguine and lasagne noodles

10. Artichoke Heart  So nice, very light and delicate.  With butter this pasta REALLY does taste just like artichoke hearts.  Serve it with marinated artichoke hearts and Manchego Cheese for an extra special meal.  Available as linguine only.

11. Red Chili and Cilantro  Such an excellent mix of flavors.  Mild New Mexico Red Chile, lots of cilantro, cumin and coriander make this pasta very bright and flavorful.  It stands up to ANY dish, beef, lamb, chorizo.  Let your imagination go wild.  Linguine only, except available at the store only are some of our stuffed ravioli made with this pasta.  Stuffed with pork carnitas they are spectacular!

12. Roasted Habanero  Sometimes you just want something spicy and tasty at the same time.  This is it, very nice flavor, a very nice kick that will just blast you with some incredible heat.  Check out the recipes, and if you are a FIRE EATER then you found heaven.  Linguine only.

13. Chocolate Dessert Pasta  Pasta for dessert, well, when it's chocolate, it's hard to go wrong.  Top with some fruit and whipped cream, or mix some sherry with some fruit jam and pour over the top and drizzle chocolate sauce over that.  NOW Available in Lasagna noodles also!  make the coolest dessert with Chocolate Lasagna noodles, a simple white sauce with cocoa in it, cream cheese and jam.  Lots of cool things, check out the recipes.

14. Kalamata Black Olive  This is an excellent pasta for Mediterranean dishes.  Very rich olive flavor, robust and well rounded flavor that makes an excellent meal with lamb shanks or just Mizithra cheese and more olives.  Fetuccine only.

15. Cabernet Sauvignon  It's hard to imagine this pasta.  It really is made with real cabernet, not wine powder.  It has a very nice mellow wine flavor, not overpowering, just very nice.  It does go great with scallops, I know, go figure, red with seafood.  Beef is a bit strong and as a side dish this might not be the best, but try it, we here don't actually eat a lot of beef so it is hard to judge.  But chicken, seafood, mushrooms sauteed with sherry, YUMMM!  Fetuccine only.

16. Garlic and Cracked Pepper   One of the great combinations.  Here we buy peppercorns and grind them ourselves so we don't lose any of the essential flavors of the pepper from buying it pre-ground and have a loss of taste.  Real garlic, real pepper, whole Durum flour and water, like all of our pastas, great flavor and you can pronounce all the ingredients.  Fettuccine only

17. Tomato Spinach Garlic Tricolor 1/3 each of our Spinach Basil Garlic, Tomato Basil Garlic and the Garlic and Cracked Pepper.  An excellent combo, and unlike supermarket colored pasta, our pasta won't fade and lose flavor when cooked.  Try this with olive oil and meatballs.  Wow!

Sorry, but at this time we are unable to find concentrated lemon juice that does not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup and I refuse to put that into any of my products.  So my Lemon Pepper Linguine is on hold until we find another source.
